This in-person, classroom format enables students to have a more "traditional" classroom experience. Each Saturday, we will cover the contents of one class, as listed below:
Principles of Real Estate I #121 (30 hours)
Principles of Real Estate II #122 (30 hours)
Law of Agency #1151 (30 hours)
Law of Contracts #1251 (30 hours)
Promulgated Contract Forms #351 (30 hours)
Real Estate Finance #451 (30 hours)
Upon the completion of each class, we will take a final exam. You will be awarded your course completion certificate upon passing this final exam. (A grade of 70% or above is considered passing.)
180 TREC approved hours (6 classes) - $1,300.00 with classroom materials included
Classes are held from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays.
While it is preferred that the student completes all 6 classes consecutively, we understand you may have to miss. Please inform us prior to the class(es) you intend to miss. We will make an arrangement for how you can make up the class.
